hi thank you for your generosity and wisdom. with your help i am determined to change my family’s diet so I could start saving money and stop making other people (like pharmaceuticals and doctors) richer. i wanna stop getting sick, i always have strep throat, i’ve had pharyngitis and laryngitis. i work in a call center that’s why i’m always suffering with my voice. how can i get hold of zinc lozenges? can it be bought at the drugstore? thanks again. i’m a big fan. check out my website ok? In Manila you can buy zinc lozenges at any http://www.healthyoptions.com.ph store. We also steam bath our children. My wife is also a big fan of zapping so we always have our Don Croft Zapper ready.
I personally never get colds since I’ve gone raw fruitarian (not vegan) / raw paleolithic based diet.
Raw fruitarian solves the vitamin problems. We invest in fruits and nothing in supplements nor artificial vitamins.
