A few years ago I stumbled onto a friend who got involved in a re-launch of the original Ka Rey Herrera Herbal formula. Ka Rey is the herbalist who invented Glo Herbal. Glo Herbal was indeed very successful from year 2000 when it got featured in a popular Saturday show on ABS-CBN. That product sold hundreds of millions of pesos worth. Ah money, for some reason the herbalist and the businesswoman parted ways. Ka Rey kept his original formula and took a stab at marketing it himself.
I made a small website for them in the past, it was www.rehherbal.com but is now defunct as the marketing company went out of business.
Marketing a great formula is different from the curative powers.
I tried taking some of that formula in the past and I could say that it will and can work on some people who are in some condition needing it badly. From what I understand about real health today in 2007, Rey Herbal works by stimulating the kidneys to cleanse and stimulating the colon to expel mucoidal plaque. Rey Herbal does not remove liver stones so you will have to flush liver stones via the usual liver flush methods.
Rey Herbal has some 77 different fruits and vegetables in it made fresh. Although Ka Rey says his bottled ones are effective, I think those freshly made at his home should be more powerful. With the 77 different Philippine fruits and vegetables in place, Ka Rey should address nutritional deficiencies of Filipinos.
The story of how Ka Rey was told to me by Ka Rey himself and is published and documented in this video link. Ka Rey was a mere vegetable vendor and became sick of what was diagnosed as some form of cancer he got so weak he was crawling on the floor. His wife threw him out to the province. In his provincial home with a will to survive, he watched how his goat was the only animal who was always healthy and never got sick. He observed everything his goat was eating. He would take samples of what the goat ate and processed them for human consumption. In a few weeks Ka Rey cured himself with his formula!
Ka Rey then started curing his friends and his neighbors. One time his good friend’s wife Ate Glo came over and had a heart problem. She volunteered to pay him some P 200,000 pesos to cure her. Ka Rey said that she should be cured first. “Galing muna bago bayad.” - translated into english: “Get well first, pay later when cured.” Of course ate Glo got well and a partnership started what was first named as Glo Herbal.
Today Ka Rey still cures patients who check into his Bulacan hacienda personally. Cure first before you pay. Though I asked Ka Rey what happens to those who refuse to pay. Ka Rey says he asks his patients to sign a contract regarding this. When the patient is halfway to recovery, a partial payment is made. He still makes his commercial formula for those who look for it. And you can still buy it at the old marketing office in Quezon City and in Ka Rey’s outlet in Novaliches.
I last met Ka Rey around 2005 - 2006 and he was this strapingly healthy gentleman. More robust than in this video. I think this video was produced by RPN 9 sometime in the year 2000 or 2001.
