The Hundred Year Lie book review
This is a must read book for all our loved ones who are still mesmerized in a zombie like trance, hypnotized by the food industry, the chemical industry and the medical - pharmaceutical industry. This book is an eye opener. A realization. The first step that needs to be taken in the paradigm shift to real health.
Fitzgerald is a seasoned writer, thus his style is familiar and comfortable to most people. This book pushes you out the door and invites you to explore a whole new reality of truth in health. This book aims to shake your belief system. It aims to shatter common myths people perceive as true. It exposes how the greed of money has finally caught up with humanity and is plunging us down the rabbit hole of despair, illness, infertility, and eventually extinction.
Just look at a partial list of the myths people cherish that are exposed and debunked by The Hundred Year Lie:

Quite a list, but there is more and all beautifully written. I give this book a 5 star rating for the uninitiated. For the health experts, this is more armament for you to give as a gift to your ignorant loved ones. Truth in health is everybody’s business.
